When creating an application for becoming a moderator, please include/follow the following points:

• Minecraft username
• Background information (about you)
• Time zone and/or country
• Age
• Most played minigame on MC Zone
• How long have you been on MC Zone
• Previous experience
• Why you would be a good moderator
• Some sort of contact information, preferably Skype

Although adding extra information is fine, unnecessary information is not. In addition, missing any of these points is not acceptable, and will likely be dismissed. Including all of this information will help in the process of choosing moderators. We will look at every detail to make sure we choose the most helpful and caring people to take on the highly esteemed role of a moderator.
