Spawn trap/kill fix recommendation in Rapture v2 by Titanwaffle
Since the spawn houses have a multi-block roof, i thought that the layer above the bottom one can be made of bedrock, so that people cannot drop Tnt or anvils inside as to prevent players from leaving spawn

It was removed from the rotations, so I believe this has been dealt with...
All you should do is remove tnt and stop the anvils from falling it is a good map
I always trhought that u could just have no spawn protection then if someone places anvils then they can just break them
Rapture v2 is gone there was a glitch where the team that had the least kills won
